Most men claim to despise a nagging woman.

My best friend is a dude.  Well, he’s actually more like a brother.  Or my arm. Suffice it to say, we are close.  Anyway, I digress…

He’s a very smart capable guy. He is SMART smart, which is something I rarely say about anyone. He’s even smarter than me. Again, I rarely think that about anyone. (Judge that as you will…)

And yet, even with all that brain power, he wants me to be a taskmaster with him about things that he already KNOWS. He wants me to act like a bossy bitch and guilt him into sticking to his own plan, to meet the goal he set for himself.

He wants me to hold him accountable, by any means necessary. He went so far as to REQUEST that I nag him.  Somewhere in his super smart brain, he thought his BFF of more than 20 years, would suddenly become that person “for his own good”. 

I guess he isn’t that smart after all.
