My poor M was having so much lower back pain/sciatica, he couldn’t even stand up straight for days. He literally looked like the letter C. It was sad to see - especially since I’ve been there myself and I know how frustrating it is.
He couldn’t get an appointment for a chiropractor/osteopath/acupuncturist until next week, so I tried massage and acupressure in a desperate effort...

A friend of ours just returned from a trip to Canada. He brough back maple syrup and peanut butter for me. Both of those things are an exotic rarity here.
